Jumbo Husqvarna BT Racing Concludes Agreement With Coenen Brothers

Jumbo Husqvarna BT racing has concluded an agreement with Lucas and Sacha Coenen. After claiming the French 125cc title, Lucas closed out the EMX125 European championship season with a bang, finishing third overall. He won five out of the last six heats, and claimed another four top three finishes in this ultra-competitive series during the season.

Sacha took a third place finish in one of the heats at Matterley Basin in England and he also won a heat at Teutschenthal in Germany.

For the 2022 season they will participate in the EMX Championship together with the Dutch Masters of Motocross.

Bas Verhoeven, team owner of Jumbo Husqvarna BT racing was delighted with the signing: “I look forward to the collaboration with these two super-talented riders. They are both very driven, and that is something I can appreciate. They go all in for the best possible results, and leave nothing on the table. They have already had some training session on our bikes and everything is looking good. I have a good feeling over this, and look forward to the season,” he said.
